I was happy with what I got. Everything felt sturdy and worked the way it was supposed to, and the packaging was totally fine too. I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. If anything, I blame myself for not ordering sooner because it definitely seems like they actually pay attention to what they’re sending out

Thankfully, nothing was missing or broken, so crisis avoided. Still, for bigger items, I feel like they could definitely pack things a bit more securely. Not awful, but not exactly confidence-inspiring either...

I used hubbardhall.com at work to pull up safety documentation for a few products, and once I found the SDS files, they had what I needed. The handling, storage, and PPE details were there, and everything seemed current enough.
I’m giving 4 stars because getting to the right documents took more clicking around than it should have. It wasn’t a disaster, but it was frustrating enough that I’d expect at least a quick apology or some acknowledgment that the site could be easier to navigate. Overall, it got the job done.
